She currently serves on the NYU-Poly Department of Finance and Risk Engineering Alumni Board. She received her BS from Vanderbilt University where she double majored in Mathematics and Economics. Barbara lives in Manhattan with her husband, Gregory, and their Norwich terrier, Napoleon. |

| Sachin Bhutani Sachin Bhutani has been focused on the quantitative space for the past several years. Specifically, he has been recruiting for roles involving quantitative analytics and research, quantitative trading, statistical arbitrage and medium- and high-frequency trading across all asset classes. Sachin started as a recruiter in the IT/Telecom industry, later migrating to financial services where he recruited for front office positions (sales, trading, quantitative, IT) within investment banks and hedge funds. Sachin has a Bachelors degree from Hofstra University. |

| Todd Fahey Todd Fahey is the founding partner of Exemplar Partners and has been an executive search consultant for more than a decade. Todd got his start recruiting during the Dot Com era for the likes of Microsoft, among others. His expertise lies at the intersection of quantitative analysis, technology and trading. Today, Todd deals with banks, hedge funds and prop trading firms globally. Prior to entering recruiting, founded a telecommunications start-up, and worked in the automotive after-market and tire engineering fields. Todd is a decorated veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he served as a CH-53E Crew Chief and was Honorably Discharged. Todd lives in the suburbs of Chicago with his wife and two children. |

He currently lives in Chicago and remains active in the community serving on the executive committee of the Associate Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Chicago. |

| William Finnoff In January 2009, William Finnoff, formerly of hedge fund D.E. Shaw, joined Exemplar, adding to the firm’s strength in quantitative search. Finnoff has a Mathematics PhD and worked as a quantitative trader at Merrill Lynch and Prediction Co., and spent nearly four years at Shaw. |

| Eric Fleming Eric covers quantitative finance and capital markets positions for both front and middle office roles. Mr. Fleming’s clientele include hedge funds, private equity firms, broker dealers, as well as their administrators. Earlier in his career, Eric spent a decade writing for financial publications and his work has been printed in Barron’s and The Chicago Tribune. Mr. Fleming holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Eric is an active supporter and past participant of Team in Training, which raises funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. He serves in his community as president of his neighborhood community group, the Harsimus Cove Association. |

| Craig Hamilton Craig covers all areas of fixed income and equities in both Asia and North America. Areas of focus include: proprietary trading, interest rate derivatives, structured products and quantitative research. Prior to joining Exemplar, Craig spent the past five years in Tokyo and Hong Kong recruiting within fixed income, credit, foreign exchange securitization and quantitative research. Before his tour in Asia, Craig was based for several years in New York recruiting within equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, commodities, credit, sales, trading, structuring and quantitative research for investment banks and hedge funds. Craig Hamilton graduated from the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada. |

| Dean Han Dean covers structured products in Asia and North America. With structured products, he works on Emerging Markets positions in the Americas, Europe and the Middle East. Han also places proprietary traders, IT and quantitative analysts in Asia. Prior to joining Exemplar, Dean placed front office finance professionals, (traders, quantitative analysts and salespeople) who had structured credit exposure. Dean has a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Computer Engineering from Polytechnic University. Dean lives on Long Island with his wife and 3 children. |

Griffin Christopher has spent more than a decade as an executive recruiter, with a specialty in placements in mortgages and credit markets, placing individuals, as well as teams for proprietary trading firms, banks and hedge funds.
